Graham has conducted many amateur and professional groups in Sydney and NSW for over twenty years. His experience ranges from orchestras to bands across a spectrum of different musical styles and age groups. more

   Photographer

Graham is photographer for the Nature Conservation Council of NSW. He is also a contributing photographer for The Wilderness Society, who also commissioned the orchestral work Rain Over Cape York from Graham in 2007.

Latest News

   June: Graham completed 10 minutes of Symphony No.2 "Gallipoli". He will be travelling to Turkey to research and complete the work in December this year.

   August: Symphony No.1 "Genocide" was  performed by North Sydney Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Steven Hillinger on 23rd August, 2008. Graham completed the 2 pianos and flute version of the Concerto for Flute, which will be performed in November in Melbourne.

   September: Graham completed Losing Your Marbles, commissioned by the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra for the 2009 Snare Drum Competition, and a 4 hands reduction of Dance of the Demented Clowns for Donna Gross Javel. Graham began Concerto for Tuba.

   October: Graham visited the United States, for the premiere of a work by The Four Hands Piano Duo in Boston, and a subsequent performance in Duxbury, MA. He also visited the University of New Hampshire, who will be performing a new choral work by Graham in 2010.

November 2008

Graham will be travelling to Melbourne, for rehearsals and recording of Concerto for Flute "The Nude", recently rescored for flute and 2 pianos. Graham will also be travelling to Sydney for rehearsals of the orchestral version of Concerto for Flute, in preparation for the performances in Europe in January.

December 2008

10th: Kate Rockstrom will be performing Concerto for Flute for flute and 2 pianos as part of a Masters recital.

December 2008 to March 2009

Graham will be travelling Europe, including a short research trip to Turkey in preparation for completing Symphony No.2 "Gallipoli" which was started earlier in 2008, and to France in preparation for Symphony No.3 "The Somme", which was started in August 2008. Graham will research areas of The Somme and Belgium where his great-grandfather fought during World War I, and where his great-great-uncle was killed by a stray artillery shell. He is hoping to play the Last Post at the memorial where his name is cast while at Villers-Bretennoux.

Graham will be attending performances of Concerto for Flute "The Nude" on a tour to Prague, Brno and Budapest in mid January.

Short Piece No. 1 for 4 Hands Piano will also be receiving 3 more performances by the 4 Hands Piano Duo (Donna Gross Javel and Bonnie Anderson) in Massachusetts. January 22nd, Boston Public Library; January 29th in Canton MA; and February 5th in Weston, MA.
